I bought 'dAffinity' which was a total waste of money!.. I saw the deep ocean autopatcher and it seems to run fine overall. However, a message appears at the start of my first mission something like "dlc content not available in this mission" or something like that. As a new player, my guess is it means this only applies to the first mission but not the rest.

Under the first tab, "General", if it isn't already set to it, change "Startup selection" to "Selective Startup". Uncheck "Load startup items" This stops programs and most services from automatically launching on Windows startup 4. Reboot and attempt to launch Anno If this works, this means there's something in the startup that's causing it to crash Basically the way to figure it out is to enable them all, and when your game crashes after rebooting, disable one at a time until it works, then you have the culprit.
